I purchased my Generac generator in 2017 from Lance, owner of Genstar at the time. My health was an issue and good service was and is a priority. Always there when needed. Never let me down. The new owners just did the same for me after a lightning strike surge knocked me out. They were on it and had it fixed within days. I'll be 83 soon and feel I was given A+ service and very courteous staff all round.

You guys are lucky to have someone as competent and efficient as Mark. I expressed my worry about what would happen if the yard flooded, and he showed me the interior of the generator and the placement of the battery so I would understand the structure and function. Very kind and informative. For the record, I love my generator and consider it one of the best improvements I've ever made to my home.
